1. Services
Vyzn Construction Group LLC provides bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, and general contracting services in South Florida, including Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

2. Estimates
All estimates are free and non-binding. Final pricing is confirmed in a written contract before work begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days.

3. Payment
Payment terms are outlined in individual project contracts. We accept check, bank transfer, and major credit cards. A deposit is required to begin work.

4. Project Timeline
We provide estimated project timelines in writing. Delays caused by material availability, weather, or client changes are not the responsibility of Vyzn Construction.

5. Quality

Vyzn Construction is committed to delivering quality workmanship on every project. Any concerns regarding completed work must be reported within 7 days of project completion and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Cancellation
Projects may be cancelled within 3 business days of signing a contract. Deposits may be non-refundable after work has begun.

7. Limitation of Liability
Vyzn Construction's liability is limited to the value of the contracted work. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions discovered during renovation.
