Privacy Policy

VYZN Construction collects information you voluntarily submit, such as your name, phone, email, project location, budget, timeline and project details, to evaluate and respond to your request. We use hosting and business system providers to operate the website and manage requests.

Website measurement

When configured and with your permission, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and ChatGPT Ads measurement tools may record website visits, contact clicks and successful project requests. Our conversion events do not include your name, email, phone, project description or stated budget. Advertising providers may use cookies, device information and ad click identifiers to attribute activity to their campaigns under their own privacy policies.

Optional measurement tools load after the relevant choice is accepted. You can choose essential functionality only, change your choices using “Privacy choices” in the footer, and revoke optional measurement. We respect a supported Global Privacy Control signal for advertising measurement. Your project form remains available regardless of those choices.

Project attribution and assistance

Campaign parameters such as UTM values and the source website hostname, when supplied by your browser, may be stored for your browsing session and included with a project request to tell us how you found VYZN. We retain the source hostname rather than the referring page’s full URL or query. A visit without a known source stays unattributed. Privacy choices are stored on your device for up to 180 days.

The website assistant can answer service questions and collect a project request. Contact details and answers are saved as you submit them, so the team can respond to an unfinished request when you have given callback permission. This permission concerns your project and is not promotional consent. A first-party, HTTP-only conversation cookie can retain access to your conversation for up to seven days. Your contact details are not saved in browser local storage. Anonymous chat transcripts are retained for up to fourteen days, and linked chat transcripts for up to ninety days; the project brief and contact information remain in our business records for responding to your request. When AI assistance is enabled, a question that needs interpretation may be processed by OpenAI through Vercel AI Gateway. The structured contact fields and project intake answers are not sent to the model. Please avoid adding confidential documents or sensitive personal information to general questions. AI replies are guidance; the VYZN team reviews each project and confirms pricing, availability and scope.
